Pia Manwaring is a Customer Service devotee with a passion for the Recruitment Industry and is a Member of the Recruiting & Consulting Services Association (RCSA).

A 12 month stint in London working in the retail sector gave Pia an important insight into international retail recruitment best practice which has been invaluable to her success to date.

Her four year association with the Frontline Recruiting Group has seen her successfully launch Retail and Hospitality agencies in Cairns and, in the process winning Rookie Agency of the Year 2007/08 followed by a Runner Up Agency of the Year 2008/09. With a HR Degree and a double Diploma in Travel, Tourism and Events Management Pia is equipped with the tools required to facilitate your recruitment needs.

Martine has recently joined Frontline Hospitality after more than 20 years in the workforce. She has worked in executive roles for emerging privately owned businesses. Bringing with her this diverse experience, Martine has earned an excellent reputation for delivering on promises and providing practical career/industry specific guidance to Candidates and Clients. Martine fully understands the challenges confronted by clients when trying to attract talented candidates.
