You will be working throughout both the a la carte kitchens and also the Catering and Functions kitchen. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills working with some inspiring Chefs.

To be considered for this role you will

• Have completed and on the job apprenticeship
• Be versatile and have strong communication skills
• Be experienced in both a la carte and also catering
• Have strong attention to detail
• Have previously worked in a team environment

This exciting opportunity would ideally suit somebody that has a couple of years of post apprenticeship experience. You will be well looked after by this company as they have a reputation of doing so.
