If you are an experienced Pastry Chef looking for a position that pays well, offers responsibility and a work life balance then look no further! We are looking for a competent Pastry Chef to join this award winning venue located in the Eastern Suburbs. You role will require you to consistently delivering a high volume and standard of pastries and desserts. In addition to this, you will be responsible for the Pastry section so if you are someone who enjoys responsibility this is the role for you. To be considered you must have: - Completed a relevant Patisserie qualification
- At least 2 year's experience in a high volume Pastry role
- Experience with creating a variety of pastries and desserts
- Competency with stock ordering and manage wastage
- Competency with all Food Safety and HACCP requirements
- A proven ability to maintain a clean work area
