This is a high level Sous chef role in a high standard venue for a company who pride themselves in what they produce. You will be joining an experienced team lead by a Head chef who is passionate about quality, fresh produce, and developing his team. The work hours are extremely reasonable and your employer is one who aims to assist their staff achieve a work/life balance. You will be required to prepare food for a variety of menus, including ala carte restaurant, and a busy function business. You must have previous experience supervising staff and gaining the best results from them.
