We are now seeking a qualified Sous Chef for this popular local venue, independently owned and operated on the Mornington Peninsula. As the Sous Chef you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and leading the team, consistent food service and ensuring a professional work place. To be considered you will be required to demonstrate the following: - At least 2 - 3 years experience as a Sous Chef
- Hands on leadership style
- Proven leadership skills leading a small team
- Exposure to managing labour and stock costs
- Experience controlling wastage
- Competent with OHS and Food Hygiene standards
- Availability to work a rotating roster
