With Multiple locations and growing, this a great opportunity for an energetic and savvy operator looking for a challenge and opportunity. Offering varied types of cuisine, and overseeing a very large team base, you will need outstanding operational knowledge, as well as experience in large format restuarants. As the ideal candidate for the role, you will have a solid understanding and a background in systems and procedures, and be driven by the bottom line. Your full understanding of the Business, operating, costs and agreements will see you as highly desirable. - Previouse experience in the large corporate bookings and events would be highly desirable
